Sumaia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Mutah University, Jordan, a Higher Diploma in Sports and Nutrition from the Academy of Applied Pharmaceutical Sciences, and a Higher Diploma in Natural Nutritionfrom the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

In Dubai, she has led nutrition departments at prestigious institutions including Al Garhoud Hospital and Dubai London Specialist Hospital & Clinic, where she served as Head of Nutrition and Clinical Dietician. Her expertise covers a wide range of areas such as weight management, diabetes, heart health, and holistic wellness.
